Terms and Conditions
Product Catalogue
- All of our products confirm to British and European standards and are manufactured by vetted sources in accordance with current legislation at the time of purchase.
- Dimensions, wattages, descriptions and finishes are given as a guide only and do not constitute a legally binding contract.
- Some lights are sold complete with lamps and these fittings are clearly identified within the description of the fitting.
Shipping
- For accurate pricing, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed automatically when you select the appropriate country after placing an item into your basket, but for an estimated P&P cost based on total order cost:
- Zone A - England and Wales
- £75 and Under: £6.95 | Over £75: FREE
- Zone B - Scottish Mainland
- £75 and Under: £6.95 | Over £75: FREE
- Zone C - Northern Ireland
- £75 and Under: £16.95 | Over £75: £6.95
- Zone D - Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles
- £75 and Under: £26.95 | Over £75: £16.95
- International delivery prices are available upon request.
- Some items are free delivery regardless of order total - this is clearly marked on the product information.
- Typically we dispatch within 5 days of receipt of order, though this timeframe depends upon the products availability.
- If we know dispatch will be over 5 days, will contact you to inform you of the availability and expected delivery times.
- Payment will be taken when your item is confirmed as in stock and available.
- The order is considered accepted and contract of sale made when the order is dispatched - receipt of order is not confirmation of acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel sales due to pricing errors up until this point.

International Shipping
- We are happy to ship to international addresses - shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on size, weight and location and as such we can only estimate costs at checkout. Once your order has been made, we will contact you with the final shipping quotation before we proceed with your order.
Faulty Goods
- PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS UPON RECEIPT. You must notify us of any damage, fault or shortage within 7 days of receipt - we will not accept responsibility after this period.
- You will have the option to have your goods replaced or exchanged providing that the above condition is met.
- We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to faulty goods.
Warranty
- All of our product catalogues (with the exception of lamps) carry a 1 year return to base warranty.
- In the event of a fault the product will be repaired or replaced, depending on the nature of the fault.
- The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
Returns Policy
- If you need to return goods for any reason, please contact our customer services department first. They will give you an authorisation number. We will not accept returns without an authorisation number.
- Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and suitable for resale.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
- If the goods are returned due to a fault (see warranty), then we will bear the cost of carriage.
- All products have a 7 day money back guarantee.
- We will consider accepting returns after 7 days subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
- The product must not have been installed or modified, and must be returned in the original packaging (complete with lamps and any other parts).
- All refunds will be authorised following receipt and inspection of goods at our warehouse in Washington. All Refunds will be less any original shipping charges and restocking charges that may be applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
Installing
- We strongly recommend that all products be installed by a qualified electrician.
- All products must be earthed (where necessary) and the mains supply must be isolated prior to installation.
- Please note that an incorrect installation can void your warranty (see warranty).
- Installation accessories such as screws, raw plugs etc are not always supplied with products.
- We do not accept liability for any personal damages such as electrocution or damage due to improper installation.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
